WP Themes: Regulus

November17

Binary Moon (not Binary Bonsai) releasing a new Wordpress theme called Regulus. I see a trace of K2 in there; the look and the Regulus option installed on admin panel. Two columns, nice yellow color. [via Weblog Tools Colletction]

    No K2 here.

The admin menu is powered by a standalone “theme plugin” that can be re-used with any theme, and that give theme authors the ability of adding an admin menu to their theme litterally as easily as editing 3 lines in a file.

This “theme plugin” is Wordpress Theme Toolkit.

Hi Ozh. Yeah, perhaps I choose the wrong word. I actually wanted to say that back then no theme have their theme’s option on the admin panel. Now? K2, Regulus and I expect many more to come, to have options on the admin panel. And this is good for the non-programmer users to have more options to customize their blog’s layout easily.

I think I will give Regulus a try and write more about it.
